Huffington, tells all in this science-backed sleep primer. The to-do’s are spot on, useful for people from all walks of life and all ages. What I particularly love about this book is that Dr. Winter addresses what we often think of as hopeless cases

Huffington, tells all in this science-backed sleep primer. The to-do’s are spot on, useful for people from all walks of life and all ages. What I particularly love about this book is that Dr. Winter addresses what we often think of as hopeless cases—that is, shift workers, college students-- those who have sleep issues due to non-modifiable life circumstances. I know what he’s talking about-- I worked the graveyard shift 50 years ago as a new respiratory therapist, and I do remember the total lack of sleep as a graduate student with a full-time job 35 years ago. This book offers workarounds even for those life situations. Wish I’d had this info back then!
